Organic oliveoil as a way of life

In recent years, has been developed the trend of "organic" food culture, related to a greater attention to environmental questions and the consequences coming from the use of polluting factors in agriculture.  Consequently, in order to ensure to the consumer a totally natural and  genuine product, De Padova Group has been involved since the beginning of the 2000s in the production of extra virgin olive oil from organic farming, originated from olives which are cultivated without using chemical products over the soil, the plants and the fruits. Olives coming from organic farming are processed at De Padova smell within few hours of harvesting and cold pressed to preserve organoleptic characteristics, giving the precious juice a very low grade of acidity and an unmistakable taste with a fruity flavor.
